Yesterday was very windy, but with little real swell.
This morning the wind has died right away, near calm on sheltered north coast spots, but a powerful & dangerous swell arrived as predicted in the early hours https://www.atlanticcottageholidays....m-sennen-cove/ In favoured spots it should clean up. It's get a lot bigger at Sennen as the tide comes in and the beach looses the shelter from the offshore rocks.. Note the salt spray in the air, forget the good visibility forecast. 6.9mm of rain in the 24 hrs to 09:00. Min 12.9C, Max 14.3C Graham Penzance |
