SYNOP: 42784 13303 10038 21010 49991 58001 81500 333 81650= A fine, clear and frosty evening and night. Hoar frost depositing from early evening. Top end of moderate hoar frost this morning. Fine and sunny since daybreak, with a small amount of high-based stratocumulus and excellent visibility.
