It isn't sticking but to my amazement the weather prediction of snow on
high ground also applies to my low area of North Yorkshire. Flurry of
big snowflakes just after 8am today but not sticking. It is cold at 1.4C
outside. Visibility not good enough to see the hills at the moment.

I suspect if it is snowing and sticking on the higher ground though.

Not often we get snow before Halloween. Will make it a bit chilly for
the childrens Halloween party. In some recent years it has been warm and
sunny enough for them to play outside at this event but not today!
