[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Sun 21 Oct 2018
0900z: 27001KT 30km 1CU012 13.8/11.7 QFF 1028.6 rising.
SYNOP: 42480 12701 10138 20117 40286 55000 81100 333 81812= A fine and sunny day on Saturday. Quite a bit of high cloud till the middle of the day. Some convective development after 1000z, but much less than previous days. Fairly hazy visibility. Patchy low stratocumulus at times during the evening, but only small amounts. Light winds throughout.
