-------------------------------------------------------- 0530z 16003kt 4000 BR 8St004 09.3/09.0 1014 RMK: A 'drippy' morning. 0900z 16003kt 2500 BR REFG 8St003 10.6/10.3 1014 RMK: Cloud base dropped to ground level around 0700z and we were in fog from then till about 0830z when the base rose above ground level again. From here it looks pretty solid but the Kinder webcam, about 9.5 miles NW of here, shows that Kinder Scout is currently out of the cloud so perhaps we'll see a decent improvement here soon. Only 0.9 hours of sunshine in the past 5 days. 09-09z: Tx 10.6 (0900z today) Tn 7.4 (0900z yesterday) RR 0.6 09-21z: Tx 9.1 (1250z) 21-09z: Tn 8.2 (2100z) 15-09z: Tg 7.8 00-24z: Sun nil -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. |
