It's all starting to happen. At Buoy 62442 (49.0N 16.3W) the pressure
fell from 984.3 mb at 1400z to 979.3 mb at 1500z. A 5 mb fall in 1 hour
is pretty extreme. Wind reported by the buoy at 1500z was 140 35 knots
with a max gust of 52 knots during the hour between 1400z and 1500z.

The red flood warning for Mount's Bay today is a bit odd. Perhaps they got the date wrong! Mousehole gets a particular mention for yesterday & today

Tomorrows the day, especially I suspect, the evening high tide which could well coincide with the biggest waves

I notice GFS 12Z run has veered the 06Z run strong wind up the Irish
Sea, to into the Bristol Channel, will other models show similar.

Buoy 62442 is down to 974.1 mb at 1600z. That's a fall of 10.2 mb in 2
hours - very impressive. Wind reported at 1600z was 130° 39 kt gusting
52 kt
