[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Thu 04 Oct 2018
0700z: 22002KT 30km 7ST010 12.8/11.3 QFF 1024.6 falling.
SYNOP: 42480 72203 10128 20113 40246 57004 876// 333 87710= Increasingly cloudy during Wednesday afternoon. Mostly cloudy overnight but with the odd short-lived clear spell in the evening. Currently there is almost complete cover of thin stratus with very good visibility underneath. No upper cloud visible through the limited gaps in the lower cloud.
