[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Tue 25 Sep 2018
0700z: 09003KT 50km 1CI250 2.8/1.9 QFF 1038.3 steady.
SYNOP: 42984 10903 10028 20019 40383 50001 80001 333 81075= Convective cloud dispersed rapidly late Monday afternoon. A clear evening and night followed, with only small amounts of high cloud. A cold night, with ice on cars and grass, which is now melting. Mainly calm winds overnight, but a light easterly breeze started late in the night which slowed down the temperature fall. SYNOP: 42984 01303 10102 20076 40384 52002= Fine and sunny. Heavy dew on the grass now starting to evaporate. Excellent visibility. Light southeasterly breeze. Surface wind has veered southerly.
