Further thundery activity in the early hours, with bursts of heavy rain and squally winds: gust of 49 kn at Uccle in the first storm around midnight, and gusts to 52 kn at Brussels Airport between midnight and 02.00 local time.

Dry but cloudy start this morning. More broken cloud and sunny intervals from mid-morning, but rather cloudy again for much of the afternoon. Decreasing cloud and sunshine during the evening, and clear by dusk.

Much cooler than yesterday. Moderate SW wind at first veered WSW during the morning and light W towards evening.
