[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Mon 16 Jul 2018
0900z: 18003KT 40km 1CU020 4AC100 6CI250 19.9/14.7 QFF 1013.2 steady.
SYNOP: 42582 71803 10199 20147 40132 56002 81131 333 81820 84360 86075= A dry, very warm and sunny day Sunday, with small amounts of shallow cumulus. Clear skies from late afternoon until sunset when medium cloud started to push in from the west. A cloudy night and first part of the morning, but the layers have started to thin and fragment and we now have some sunshine. Local convection started around an hour ago.
