June temperatures
With a mean monthly temperature of 16.7C (1.6C above average), you may be surprised to hear that this June has not been quite as warm as June last year!
However, this has still been one of the warmest June months in the city on record. Apart from June 2017, this has been the warmest June in Coventry since 2006 (17.0ÂșC); only three June months have been warmer than June 2018 since records began in Coventry in 1892.
