Default Hosepipe warnings

On Friday morning Northern Ireland announced the start of a hosepipe ban
to take effect later that day.

At about the same time, Anglian Water sent out a general news release
asking people to conserve water as much as they could.

My next door neighbour spent over two hours that afternoon hosing her
lawn. Further down the road, 3 other people were busy washing their cars
with hoses, the first time I've ever seen any of them do that.

Not too sure if I should say this, but three of those households are
European immigrants, and one West Indian. Makes you wonder if any of
their hearts are really in this country.

It was Armed Forces Day yesterday, there wasn't many in Wolverhampton
city centre watching them, but then foreigners couldn’t care less about
British armed forces.

True, but there's no need to encourage him!
