Hottest day of the year with the air coming down the peninsula to Penzance with no modification by the sea, doesn't happen often. An onshore SE F3-4 earlier, but now an ENE alongshore F2, even on the sea front.
25C in Penzance in June is fairly uncommon, I've only recorded 12 previousJune days 25C since 1991, though it did reach 28.0C on 30/06/95. It becomes much more common in July. Still basically no surf, but it's forecast to pick up a bit, I do hope so. Yesterday you could see a school of dolphins from this webcam https://www.atlanticcottageholidays....m-sennen-cove/ Well I think they were dolphins, they're a common sight in recent times.
