[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Tue 19 Jun 2018
1500z: 24008KT 4500m Slight drizzle 8ST007 16.4/15.1 QFF 1023.0 steady.
SYNOP: 41345 82408 10164 20151 40230 54000 75065 886// 333 88707= A grey and gloomy couple of days. Pretty much constant drizzle, accompanied by rain at times. Extensive low cloud. There have been a couple of brighter and drier periods - notably for about five hours Monday morning - and a bizarre occurrence of continuous slight drizzle accompanied by sunny intervals around this time yesterday, which pushed the temperature up to 17.3.
