Apart from a few parts of the north coast affected by sea fog it's been a beautiful day in west Cornwall. Temperature in the low 20s virtually everywhere. Currently 22.1C even at Lands End http://www.landsendweather.info/met/FreshWDLmaster.html
In Penzance misty low cloud cleared by 09:30. Then sunny until 13:30, when some patchy low cloud drifted across, and the temperature dipped just below 20C. Since 14:30 unbroken sunshine & near calm. Look at that sky https://www.aspects-holidays.co.uk/webcams/mousehole from Mousehole for a change. Much less hazy than yesterday. I know sites like XCWeather have been showing FOG over west Cornwall, but that's down to a few patches on the north coast near Camborne. Just 1 site reporting 'fog in the vicinity'. In actual fact, visibility generally is now good. Lizard point easily visible from Penzance. Graham Penzance |
