Default Late frosts

When we moved here in April 2016, we were warned not to plant anything out until after 15 May, advice we have been careful to follow. Last year we had 4 consecutive frosts from 26 to 29 April, ranging from -1.6 to -4c and with blossom out, it resulted in no strawberries, plums, apples etc etc.
Last night we had -3c, after a prediction of +1c, so now it's cross fingers time and hope that the damage will not be too severe, 2 consecutive years with no soft fruit will be too much.

Last year was a killer in the Correze. We ALL lost our fruit - I've been here since February 2007, and last year was the first with total decimation.
Now, we have cherries forming, but not very many...
