[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Thu 12 Apr 2018
0900z: 09001KT 10km 8ST010 8.4/6.7 QFF 1005.0 rising.
SYNOP: 42460 80901 10084 20067 40050 52004 886// 333 88710= Low cloud broke to less than half cover around 0800z for a short time. There was some cirrus and altocumulus above. Cloudbase has lowered slightly (appears to be about 470m or 1500 feet AMSL) to cover the hill to my immediate south, and has lost any form it had. Visibility down slightly too.
