Default Penzance A 3rd sunny day?

It certainly looks that way. Just a few streaks of cirrus currently.

Slack low pressure in spring is often good, stuck out into the Atlantic. Little wind, coastal sunshine & no warm sector sea mist/fog.

Even over the moors, 28 hours of sunshine over the last 3 days.

It's certainly welcome after a record breakingly wet March.

Not as warm as yesterday, more of a breeze today, generally NW

The end of a glorious day https://magicseaweed.com/Sennen-Surf-Report/4/

According to the local BBC weather, stormy sea conditions off Cornwall, with a big word word 'Stormy' on the map just to prove it. This due to the bad weather & wind.

I mean, what the hell are they on about, it's been benign & sunny in Cornwall all day. A beautiful clean 10' swell forecast tomorrow with very little wind, 10mph according to the MetO, GFS etc. It should be superb day for surfing.

There are times when words fail me, clearly this isn't one of those occasions. Obviously some dickhead has equated a bit of a swell with stormy.

Bring back the MetO, (yes I didn't expect to have to say that), ignore the s**t and head to sea! Though we are very unlikely to see a repeat of the last 3 days sunshine tomorrow, might even be some rain - 5 of the last 6 days have been dry.
