I monitor wind conditions over the north Atlantic, and this always seems
to be the case. By the time a system comes through to reality its always seems to be a shadow of its former self. Is this the "Greenland Effect" more generally (all that elevated ice and "reducing " to MSL), to a lesser extent. Whatever a model run produces for Greenland , the next run is often more like the opposite, over-compensating each time. |
