Default A very close thing

Seen this several times now, but yet to hear the obvious.......she's driving much too fast for the prevailing road conditions. She's stated that, due to poor visibility, she didn't see the car until the last minute.

People have forgotten how to drive in snow and ice. Very good driving by
the bus driver, it could have been very nasty accident.
