Default UK met office rainfall radar page

I can’t get it to work on my iPhone. The page loads but the interesting options (radar, sat etc) are all grayed out. Is it just me ?

I used to work in the web team at the Met Office. We were told to
increase the number of page views the site got. I said simple, just
forecast snow (or other extreme weather) in London and the south-east
and you will get plenty of extra traffic. With today's snow forecast in
London and the south-east - my 'solution' has been proved true (not for
the first time).

When I retired (can you guess when), they used Akamai so that as traffic
increased so Akamai would put extra servers on. That doesn't seem to be
working any more (for reasons I don't know).
Oh and they ended up not giving us that as a target, phew.

It being reading 'Error accessing map data' on a bog standard web page. I've been using

https://www.netweather.tv/live-weather/radar

Not sure how that will look on an iPhone mind.
