Default Merry Christmas

A Very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to you all from a grey
and breezy Sussex. I was out of the country last week, hence my absence
from here. Back home (to the snow?) tomorrow.

And a merry Christmas to you Norman, and to all on UK.sci.wea.
We had out usual Danish celebrations yesterday, but there is plenty left to
finish up today, so we are still clelbrating! But I can still see clearly
enough to type this, though I am not planning to go out on the bike before
tomorrow!

A merry belated Christmas and a happy new year to you all as well. I've
just driven through the very heavy rain going from Reading to Cholsey.
The heaviest up near Woodcote, where it was slow down time, and there
were plenty of deep puddles by the side of the road as well. Fortunately
the wind had abated a bit at that time. Not nice.
