0900z: 29011KT 60km 1CU025 (1SC040) 1.1/0.2 QFF 1010.3 rising.
SYNOP: 41586 12911 10011 20002 40103 52007 72511 81800 333 81825= A breezy and showery night - some of rain and snow mixed, but mostly rain. Icy Monday early evening, melted overnight, and reformed in the past hour. Lethal stuff as you can't see where it is and it is patchy.
