Default WeatherLink anomaly...

Not quite sure what I've done or what maybe causing this problem I have just experienced today with my 'Browse Records' screen, but all I can see is the date and time listed for the 2 LH columns, no data displaying at all. If I double click on any particular time the 'edit' screen comes up and all the values are there. If I export data I just get:

Date Time
01/09/2017 00:15
01/09/2017 00:30
01/09/2017 00:45
01/09/2017 01:00
01/09/2017 01:15
01/09/2017 01:30
01/09/2017 01:45
etc.

Any ideas what maybe going on here?

Thanks

In more than 10 years of using Weatherlink I've never had that problem, Keith.
I can't offer any any ideas as to what is causing the problem - sorry.

Thanks Norman for your reply.

My computer played up a little yesterday, got really slow, so I ran CCleaner which sorted everything out.

Looking at the WeatherLink log, which I can't copy/paste as it won't let me, it says something about 'Function to retrieve data throught TCP/IP protocol from the device timed out.. Mmm. internet all seems ok, but I'm going to switch off, TalkTalk router as well, leave for a couple of minutes and see if that helps?

Everything else seems ok on the pc atm.

There have been a few well documented issues with Windows 10 & CCleaner. Certainly, I had 1 problem when I had restore the system prior to a clean.

A bit here http://news.softpedia.com/news/are-r...t-498103.shtml

Probably nothing to do with your problem, but worth a mention. I've stopped using it.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling WeatherLink 6.0.3 but still can see not data on the browse.

If I try to open the 'strip chart' or 'Make a Plot' I get a message 'Weather has stopped working' A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. close Program

I fear I maybe losing data here.
