Why do left wingers think they speak for everyone?

Some people will be offended by a swastika on an anchor, others will see
it has a historical artefact and of course far right wingers will be
proud of it.

Left wingers don’t have the moral nor the legal right to deface statues
or other public artefacts because they are offended by them.

Our little boy likes to draw battleships, and sometimes next to them,
he'll draw a swastika if it's a German one. We chuckle about it a
little, because it seems odd to us. On past form, I think the only
people who will be triggered into 'shock' (they occasionally use that
word in their conversations with us) by it are his primary school teachers.
