Fine and sunny late afternoon and evening. Line of Cu congestus to the east persisted for a few hours before dispersing. Patchy medium and high cloud during the evening and first part of the night, thickening and increasing to become overcast around 0200z - the WNWly breeze backing SSWly around the same time. Rain started around 0400z, quickly becoming moderate, with some heavy spells accompanied by drizzle in the past half hour. Extensive low cloud currently covering surrounding high ground. 3.8 mm of rain has fallen since it started. Overnight minimum temperature was 11.1 (0100z).

Visibility improved dramatically after 1000z, but is falling back to about 5000m in drizzle.
