[OBS] Hyssington, Powys - Tue 4 Apr 2017
0900z: 35009KT 30km 7ST010 8.5/6.5 QFF 1026.9 rising.
SYNOP: 41480 73509 10085 20065 40269 52035 70152 876// 333 87710= Fine and sunny to start yesterday, despite there being a lot of thin cirrus.. Upper cloud thickened from about 1300z onwards, with some interesting lenticular formations (sorry no photographs). Some bright spells towards the end of the afternoon with brief sunny intervals, before the cloud thickened again. Cloudy overnight with some light rain and drizzle late in the night, which ceased around 0730z. Cold front through at 0700z, with an 80 degree wind veer but minimal temperature and dew point drop.
