Well what a difference a day makes! Yesterday - cold rain all day with

Max. so far today +3.9C in warm sunshine. Now fallen back a bit to

seepage and high water tables. They will be like ice rinks. Must admit

warm and I have just got back up from shopping in tropical Newton Abbot
where it was shirt sleeve weather in the sun at 7C. Did actually see a
man in shorts, and why not?!

Ha ha. No, but I did spot a bearded, handsome, sun-tanned old geezer in a
shop window!
