It didn't last Will. Clouded up now. Still, 33 hours of sun, can't

Well down 'ere it was the first 'unpleasant' day this winter with a
biting wind and that nasty cold rain almost horizontal and hitting you
in the side of the face - yuk. It wasn't much fun doing some sampling
early afternoon. For once I glad to get back to the office.

Still, the sun did manage to shine for a couple of hours earlier on but
with that wind and rain, it didn't cheer much.

A maximum of 7.5C made it the coldest day since the 12th of February (6.9C).

Sunshine running around average with 39 hours to date.

59 mm of rain so far (above average) and everywhere is very boggy.

It really wasn't that bad here. I took my dog out up to 400 metres and the
lively wind was chilly but no gloves required and it was rain/sleeting on
and off lightly, but all in all not a bad winter's day. Plus a bit of sun
and a lovely icy morning today.

Yes a bit chilly, max. +5.4C here.

Rainfall here is running at 149.9mm (82% of full month normal).
