RMK: Dull and grey with a low overcast all day though there was
one very brief glimpse of the sun mid-morning which clocked up
a very unremarkable 0.03 hours of sun! Slight drizzle has been
pretty well continuous all day. It's been the sort of stuff that
makes you quite wet while out walking but leaves very little
in the rain gauge. Max temp 9.1 but it's still nudging upwards.
