We here in Wokingham have just exceeded the previous highest winter (Dec,
Jan, Feb) rainfall total in local records back to 1882. This morning's measurement takes the total for this winter so far to 337.1 mm, topping the previous highest of 335.8 mm in 1915. The closest in recent years is 316.0 mm in 1990. -- Bernard Burton Wokingham Berkshire. Weather data and satellite images at: http://www.woksat.info/wwp.html |
