doctors, and charlatans who claim to divine the weather by examination
of chicken entrails or whatever other magick he claims to use.

I haven't wasted money on anything yet except UKMO, council tax and the BBC license fee But really I have no choice. However with UKMO as my money is taken at source I don't get letters threatening large fines and imprisonment if I 'm late in paying.

is built in to the cost of the product and you don't pay a specific
itemised charge for it.

If people think Piers is making some sort of a fortune out of Weather Action, then they are totally off track.

Let's say Piers made 100 grand per year , doesn't really compare with 170 million-does it.
