Default The diurnal behaviour of precipitation in the southern hemisphere

I've been watching this site for a few months now:

http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/char...Refresh+ View

It has only just occurred to me that each peripheral continent around
the Antarctic circle has its own regular time or beat.

The chart for 18:00 for example always shows a markedly blue landscape
in South America.

At every 12:00 chart, the southern half of Africa is filled.
And at 06:00 it is the turn of Australia.

I haven't been able to put my finger on any syncopation between them
but if it is there, it should make a useful tool for divining.

There is occasionally a standing wave at about 25 South 140 West. I
have no idea what is under there.
