Brussels on Sunday 9th December 2012

Cold, damp and drizzly start with a moderate SW wind. Still overcast but gradually milder and dry from mid-morning; wind veered WSW and decreased. Short spell of light to moderate rain 15.00 to 15.30 local time, then dry with WSW to W wind freshening once more. Fairly heavy shower around 19.30 but dry again since then.
