Default Solar Radiation Measurements

I'd expect global irradiance (ie direct+indirect) to be peaking at around
1000W/sqm currently (well into May and at 52N). Of course even on a clear
day it depends on atmospheric conditions and it's relatively uncommon to see
a high max but it does happen. If someone has a sensor that's not properly
level and tilted significantly towards the sun then it can obviously
overread and then there's potentially something like a 5% error possible in
the reading for eg a VP2 sensor.
