Default What weather do you see less of in your area these days?

Persistent thick fog-not for years. Even post Clean Air Act they used to
occur, but not any more.The few days with 0900 fog are now invariably
instances of low cloud.

Really warm summer evenings when you could sit outside till late in
the evening, and not sleep at night because it was too hot.

Crikey yes... can remember two amazing fogs. One in the mid-sixties
where I ended up walking in the middle of the road without realising it.

The second was in 1984 where I ended up driving a circuitous route
because I knew it better than my intended route. Very scary and was
vastly relieved to arrive home safely.

Yes that certainly is another good one. I remember actually walking into
a lampost when I was young - pre alcohol days as well. I mean, you just
can't believe it was that thick.
