RMK: Very frequent snow showers throughout the day with occasional
bursts of soft hail as well. In fact, it's been snowing almost continuously
since 0900z, mostly slight but briefly moderate now and again. Rates of
accumulation and melting have largely balanced through the day and
there's now 4cm of lying snow. It's not as wet as earlier. Untreated
roads (that includes our road!) have a couple of cm of slush on them.
It'll be a fine mess if it freezes. Max temp 2.1
