Default WOW Feedback On Met Office Data

I wrote to them suggesting that the site would be improved if Met
Office sites supplied fuller data. They do not supply Wet Bulb, Max,
Min, Rainfall or Sunshine. This is basic data .and should be given in
return for data supplied by individuals to this site.

This is the reply I received:-

With reference to your suggestion to increase the types of data
supplied, please note there are currently no plans to capture
additional data from Met Office sites. This is due to a limit in the
Met Office data interface (other data is not made available). If/when
the interface is updated to expose more data types, they will be
caught.
