(WR) Copley 26/11 first ice day
Hi, All,
First ice day of the season yesterday. Current, 1440Z NW 17KT(F4), vis 10km+, scattered clouds, temp 0C dew -2C, 1005mb falling A lot more snow towards the east coast in this spell which is not umusual with north-westerlies. 09Z-09Z 26th November 2010 Lead Mill 218m Max -0.4C min -5.0C snow 12cm Met O 253m Max -0.1C min -3.0C grass -6.6C, rain TR mm(snow), sun 25th 3.2hr snow 9cm fresh trace Met O November so far:- rain 115.6mm(156%), sun 80.1hr(127%), screen 7.0C / 2.1C / 4.5C(-0.3C), wind WNW 11.0KT(+0.7KT) Lead Mill September so far:- 7.1C / 1.5C / 4.3C Ken Copley, nr Barnard Castle, Teesdale, County Durham http://copley.website.orange.co.uk http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/D5933?lang=en |
