Looking at the link below, am I right in saying that the deep cold
currently over the North Pole is about to split into two separate cold pools, with one heading south into the Canadian Arctic, and one heading south into Northern Russia, with High Pressure of 1030mb taking its place over the North Pole. http://www.meteociel.fr/modeles/ukmo...h=6&carte=1021 If so is this a good thing, by that I mean does it increase the chances of the UK seeing a prolonged cold spell at the end of November into December? |
