Okay I know it's not perhaps the appropriate NG to mention this, but
Norman
for me, is associated with all those days of winter past.

God Rest Norman.

Oh dear another tax dodger gone from our island. Doubt my fellow Manx
will be too upset.

I doubt many of them would echo your sentiment, which is beneath contempt

Ah Dear John

What exactly do you know about Mannin? I'm certain it's nothing, be you
in England or maybe you're here as a comeover and tax dodger too?

If you're in England, well such is ignorance you are irrelevant. If
you're here as a tax dodging comeover, you remain irrelevant but do you
know how much the Manx loathe you?

If you don't you should, if I was a comeover I'd certainly want to know
the reality of my tenure here.

That's fine, as long as you stay away from England.

Absolutely no problem for me, snag is the English can't seem to stay
away from us. In itself that's nothing to be concerned about, snag is
most of the English here seem intent on changing us into a little
England, except with low tax.

Therein lies the crux of Manx discontent with 'comeovers', It's not that
they're here but they don't seem to want to accept that Mannin is not
merely a low tax England.

No typo, but I did notice a big mistake in my ignorance. Wouldn't get
away with claiming it as a typo though.
