Default Missing the bleed'n obvious...

Rob McElwee and the majority of forecasters, that's who. To quote Rob
himself after the 10:30 BBC1 news:

"I feel a bit embarrassed that I was one of the, admittedly majority
of forecasters, that missed the bleedin' obvious. It was going to warm
up everywhere, just a little bit, not enough to kill all the snow but
to mean that coastal rain was more likely than coastal snow."

It's good that he's man enough to own up, interesting choice of words
too!

Sometimes it's amazing how much more bleedin' obvious something is after a
forecast has gone wrong than it was before. Been there, done that, etc.

I'd just got out of bed but I'm fairly sure it was the right side. ;-)

I don't think this last snow forecast for the SE was particularly easy and,
although one could see signs that it might go wrong, they weren't
overwhelmingly convincing. I mean, even Will got it wrong! ;-)

If it goes wrong then you aught to know by now the bleeding obvious
included earthquakes.

There has been a set of them for the Solomin Islands. All smack dab
over one tight plot of land as it happens.

Unsurprisingly the plate fiends have totally ignored the concept once
more. (For reasons that are bleeding obvious.)
