Ahead of the low down here in S Wales the temperature tumble has ceased
at about 4.8 here on the coast. As the westerly wind picks up I'm not expecting any frost or wintry precip. I'll wait now for the next round of the battle. Cheers James -- James Brown |

You really live in a hot spot there James ![]() It's strange Gareth - I actually have three sensors outside - one at ground level the other two at higher levels. With the SST's at 10C and a west wind I am struggling to know how Port Talbot is so cold. I was up in Llangeinor tonight - about five miles north and there the temp was -2C and we had a mini-blizzard coming home. Car thermometer when we reached home was 4C. I think a west wind at PT is coming off a longer land fetch, so maybe that explains it? Cheers James -- James Brown |
