Another quiet day with the distant sound of woodpeckers
drilling. Endless sunshine and quite warm by day so far this week, not usually what one would expect late in the winter season, and this particularly fine weather just happens to coincide with a week's Annual Leave... perfect! Determining the amount of Cirrus in a hazy sky is notoriously difficult, but then I like a challenge. Since Monday, the Cirrus has become that little bit higher and that little bit thinner but it's still there, covering more than half of the sky.
