Didn't someone famous one write "A man that's tired of snow is tired of
life!" ;o)

All and any extremes of weather float my boat i'm afraid. Still got to go
stormchasing in tornado alley yet. But in the meantime a once in 10 year UK
snow event will do. Add the thought of thundersnow and i'm insufferable!

I used to be a courier and a decent splodge of snow made the day so much
more interesting! Anyone can drive in dry or wet conditions... but in ice
and snow? That needs finesse!

I hope all the snow heads get the stuff they've been waiting for... and all
the others, I hope you get to stayy warm and snug indoors away from it all.

Can't help thinking that the internet is so damn good for collecting info
and making the buildup to something like this much more special than it used
to be (remember hanging on each and every radio / tv forecast?) but i notive
a whole lot of people seem to spend so long at their computers they forget
to get out and actually experience the weather they've been waiting for!
