Not as high as I might have thought but there are 5 oktas of Cu at about 4000 ft. The sky is a bit yellowish and dirty and there is only the very occasional puff of wind, otherwise calm, which is quite unusual for a hot sunny day. Tudor Hughes, Warlingham, Surrey, 556 ft. |

Looking at the graph for today 26 or 27 would be reasonable. Yesterday was 29.7C max but that was a spike, a more reasonable temp would be below 25C. -- Cheers Dave. |

It takes a lot longer to load and edit as well. That's progress I suppose. I wonder if others will have problems? High 27.1C here today - highest since 30.0C in July 2006. Ken |

Ken Hi Ken Works fine in Firefox but the snow pic is missing in IE7. Sampled a bit of your haar yesterday as we hurtled through Berwickshire and Northumberland. Fine as we went south with plenty of hot air balloons taking advantage of the conditions. Started to rain when we got to Epping with 0.4mm and a few spits and spots this afternoon. All the best -- George in Epping, West Essex (107m asl) www.eppingweather.co.uk www.winter1947.co.uk COL 36055 |

I think I see what it's not working properly in my normal browser as it's using shockwave flash for the user interface. Macromedia do not produce Falsh for my OS. I suspect that anyone looking at the site with a text only or page reader software will also find it broken like I do. Jump up and down on Orange. I bet they say it works with all mainstream OS/Browers, it's then time to hit 'em with the Disabilty Discrimination Act... High 27.1C here today - highest since 30.0C in July 2006. Very pleasant up here this evening, even had a BBQ! F3 and 20% humidty made the 25C temp not too hot. -- Cheers Dave. |
