Last Monday having just arrived back in the UK from a trip to Budapest I had
missed out on the cold weather at Home but was well aware of the cold temperatures across the rest of Europe - my fingers were still hurting from photography with the gloves off as it were.. This taken from last Monday morning - such a strange Glow which was apparent above the horizon and such strange filtered colours - was very different and preceeded by a deep red horzon for some time before sun up -- new one on me ! http://www.weatherpictures.co.uk/glow.jpg taken just outside Hereford Monday 18 th Feb And some from the City of Budapest - http://www.weatherpictures.co.uk/budapest_irr_1024.jpg iridescence http://www.weatherpictures.co.uk/bud...irrus_1024.jpg Cirrus ( polarising filter ) http://www.weatherpictures.co.uk/budapest_arc_1024.jpg A faint arc ( polarising filter ) Enjoy Ian Collins http://www.weatherpictures.co.uk http://www.fotoesque.com http://www.icpic.co.uk ( be careful not to look directly at the sun when taking shots directly at the sun through an optical viewfinder - one set,one life !! ) |
