Default Interpreting weather reports

....such as those on xcweather.

I'm guessing that:

Vis: 200m, Cloud: Overcast at 0ft, Weather: blank

is a computers way of saying "fog" whereas

Vis: 3000m, Cloud: Overcast at 800ft, Weather: fog

is a humans way of saying "mist"
