Default Conflicting TAFs for west London

There's an odd conflict in the TAFs for Heathrow and Northolt issued at
0430z this morning. The Northolt TAF is going for moderate rain between
1500z and 2200z whereas the Heathrow TAF has CAVOK for the same period.
They are only about 5 miles apart. Makes it difficult to decide whether
or not rain is expected :-(

Norman

I think the Northolt forecaster wins.

We are just having some non-tafable RA here in Guildford.
Big drops, no cloud
and at Heathrow.....

If it's only light rain and the cloud base/vis aren't a significant change
from CAVOK conditions then the original EGLL TAF will winm, I think :-)
