Default Thunderstorm in Warwickshire

Viscious thunderstorm right over us in Warwick since 1830hr with
lightning overhead and very loud thunder - torrential rain.

Heading north to Coventry hopefully!

Yes, pretty much as you had, quite a sharp storm at 1830-1900 with
some very un-September like lightning - multiple flashes and those odd
"long" flashes that I only usually associate with sultry summer nights
and which are probably due to c-c discharges of some considerable
length.
